WLF007TRUE STORIES: FIRE ON THE MOUNTAINHear the story of the fourteen men & women who lost their live fighting the fire on Storm King Mountain in Colorado in Jult 1994 as told by John Maclean, author of the national best seller book "Fire on the Mountain." This was the first loss of life while fighting a forest fire since a very similar fire in Mann Gulch, Montana in 1949. John tells of his personal connection to this fire, since his father was the author of "Young Men & Fire" which told the story of Mann Gulch Fire that resulted in the loss of thirteen people.
