This series contains correspondence and results of ND (statewide) and national (FBI) fingerprint-based record checks for those agencies authorized to conduct criminal history record checks under North Dakota Century Code 12-60-24. Records may include results from confidential law enforcement databases, arrest records, disposition/sentencing and prosecutions and other specific identifiers (i.e. name, date of birth, social security number, fingerprints, etc.). If agencies are not listed in NDCC 12-60-24, records would fall under 501201.
