The North Dakota Parole Board (hereafter referred to as "governing body") will be holding a regular meeting starting August 6, 2024 at 2 pm. The meeting will be held in Room 1265 at North Dakota Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation Central Office located at 3100 Railroad Ave, Bismarck, ND.  In the event that any or all of the members of the governing body participate in the meeting by telephone or video, speakerphones or monitors will be available at the location noted above.  Where specified or during the course of the meeting, the discussion of some of the below topics may be held in executive session according to N.D.C.C. 44-04-19.2 because information discussed on some or all of the individuals is closed or confidential under state and federal law, including N.D.C.C. 12.1-34-02, 12.1-35-03, and Art. 1, Sec. 25, ND Const. Sec. 27-20-51 (Juvenile Court Records); NDCC Sec. 27-21-12 (Division of Juvenile Service Records); Rule 32, NDCrimP (Pre-sentence Investigations); 42 USC Sec. 290 ee-3, 290-dd-2 and 42 CFR Part 2 (drug and alcohol treatment and rehabilitation information); and 28 CFR Supart C (USDOJ Criminal History Record Information).
