ATTENTION: Effective April 21, 2025, per Federal Regulation, North Dakota Driver License Division will no longer be able to accept medical examiner certificates and the requirement will be for nationally certified medical examiners to upload the certificate electronically to the National Registry. You can continue to verify your certificate validity by using this web link: . After this date, please contact the medical examiner who performed your DOT physical with any questions regarding your certificate not being uploaded accordingly. This system provides North Dakota citizens the ability to upload their medical certification document.
