Drivers License Address/Email/Emergency Contact Change System
This system provides ND drivers the ability to change their Resident, Mailing, Email address or Emergency Contact. A new license will NOT be sent.
CDL drivers must visit a drivers license site or submit an application online and purchase a duplicate license for Resident or Mailing address change.
Email change is only allowed if an email address is currently on file. If one is not on file you must visit a drivers license site to verify email address.
This will not change your Motor Vehicle address. Please click on link at the end of this process to do so.
The following is required to change your address or email online:
- Full name, driver's id, and date of birth as it appears on your driver's license
NOTE: If you visit a Drivers License Site and previously had a North Dakota resident address change you will need to provide proof of current address.
