COURSE INFORMATION

Course Description

This course is designed for both new and experienced city, county, or tribal emergency managers and new employees at NDDES, and is required for ND Emergency Management Association Level 1 certification. It is highly recommended that new emergency managers complete this important training. Experienced emergency managers will get a refresher and be updated on program requirements.

Course Objectives

Participants will:

  • Benefit by meeting NDDES program management staff.
  • Get first-hand information on program requirements and state emergency operations.
  • Network with other emergency managers.
